Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this privacy statement or your use of our Web Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and shall be referred to and finally resolved by confidential arbitration in Monmouth County, New Jersey in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference. The award or decision rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, binding and conclusive, and judgment may be entered upon such award by any court. Each party will bear its own expenses.
