Since joining Pierson Commercial in the Winter of 2018, Neil has been successful with creating and developing many relationships for the firm.
 
Neil focuses his efforts on both Landlord and Tenant representation as well as retail dispositions on behalf of several of the firm’s clients. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of retail properties, which include pad sites, ground-up and redevelopment projects, urban retail and traditional grocery anchored centers. Neil’s client base consists of Aspen Dental, Driven Brands (d.b.a. Take 5 Car Wash, Take 5 Oil Change and Auto Glass Now), Excel Urgent Care, Montclair Hospitality Group (d.b.a. Ani Ramen House, Morimoto and Amboy Burger), Toast City Brunch, Gottesman Real Estate Partners, Kaplan Companies, Saxum Real Estate and Paramount Realty.
 
Having represented both sides of leasing and sales transactions, Neil provides his clients with a thorough and clear understanding of deal structures from both sides of the spectrum. 
 
Neil is a graduate of Monmouth University, where he was a four-year Division 1 athlete, playing lacrosse. He focused his study at the Kislak Real Estate Institute, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.  Neil is also a dually licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey and New York, and a member of ICSC.
