Jason co-founded Pierson Commercial in the fall of 2011.  He is one of the foremost trusted real estate advisors in the commercial retail real estate brokerage industry serving many national retailers, REITS, private equity firms and institutional property holders.

Prior to starting Pierson Commercial, Jason was a leader for CBRE Inc.'s ("CBRE") Central and Northern New Jersey retail brokerage division.  He was a member of CBRE's retail brokerage group in New York City before joining CBRE's New Jersey Retail Group in 2007.

Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and minor in Economics from The University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.  He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey and a licensed salesperson in the State of New York.  Jason is the New Jersey ICSC government relations co-chair, a former advisory board member for the Rutgers University Center for Real Estate, and an advisory board member and guest lecturer at Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute.  He is an active supporter of Project Purple, Chaim Medical Resource and PanCAN (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network).
